Ellen will be training as an estate agent while studying for her business administration apprenticeship.

According to the property portal Zoopla rents have risen 2.6% nationally over the last year. This is nearly double the current inflation rate.

Richard joined Aldreds in 2012 and was originally based in our Lowestoft office.
Rick (as he is known in the office) moved over to Great Yarmouth office in 2016. He carries out many of our accompanied viewings as well as spending time in the office negotiating sales and progressing matters to completion. Always popular with the customers Rick is one of our busiest members of staff on weekends as he dashes around NR29, NR30 & NR31 showing house buyers around properties.
Rick is wrapped up and ready for another day out in the cold and looks forward to seeing you!
Many property transactions involve chains. This is a situation where one or more peoples sales or purchases are linked with other peoples transactions. Each of these links in the chain are dependent on each other.
Chains can be very frustrating to buyers, sellers and agents alike. However, I am afraid they are a necessary evil.
At Aldreds we are focused on giving our clients accurate chain information at offer stage. We will generally check the situation with the chain of the people offering on one of our houses before we discuss the offer with our client in detail. We also monitor, chase and update our clients on the chains progress throughout the sale by keeping in touch with solicitors and estate agents involved.
This proactive approach helps to discover problems and potential problems early and helps prevent fall throughs. Also if there is a problem in the chain that may cause the sale to collapse we can advice our clients as early as possible so they can make a decision regarding remarketing.
