Selective Licensing Update.

Additional Landlord Workshops have been booked by GYBC on 9th April 2026. There are two sessions 3pm to 4pm & 6pm to 7pm. The link below will take you to the GYBC website to book in.

GYBC are also holding a two day event to assist landlords with the Selective Licensing Application process. It is on 1st and 2nd June and places can be booked by visiting the Selective Licensing section of the GYBC website.
