September is traditionally a very busy time in the housing market. Many buyers return to house hunting after their summer holidays looking to make purchases that can complete before Christmas. We also generally see a spike in new instructions and properties coming to the market. This month is no different! Couple the above with the fact that the stamp duty holiday up to £250,000 ends 30th September 2021 it is safe to say it is very busy in our offices at the moment.
