December can be a slightly quieter month with regards to house sales. Let’s not pretend otherwise! However, sales are still agreed over the festive period and we have had a really strong start to December.

As well as that it is a hugely busy time of year for people completing purchases and moving. This is often on the back of the incredibly busy period through September and October.

At Aldreds we continue to work hard for our customers all year round. Unlike many of our competitors we will be open between Christmas and New Year!

So don’t be put off by Christmas! If you want to move house there is no time like the present!
