Sales progression - what is it and why is it important?
Our fantastic staff at Aldreds spend an allocated amount of time each day reviewing and progressing the sales that have been agreed but are yet to exchange contract. This includes talking to solicitors, booking and chasing mortgage surveys and updating clients. This is important to the process and vital to our customers & clients who are always grateful to be kept up to date. It also helps us to see potential issues with sales before they arise and help to smooth any problems out before they develop.
