This website is designed, owned and operated by Aldreds Property Consultants Limited.  Aldreds provides Estate Agent services. By using this website, you accept the terms of this Visitor Agreement. This is a legally binding agreement between you (the Visitor) and Aldreds.

Aldreds reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement from time to time. By continuing to use this website you (the Visitor), agree to any changes and agree to be bound by the terms of the agreement, as modified. Aldreds may make changes to any portion of this website, at any time. All material that appears on Aldreds is for informational purposes only. Despite efforts to provide useful and accurate information, errors may appear from time to time. Before purchasing goods or services from Vendors that appear on Aldreds website, you (the Visitor) should confirm with the vendor any information (including the price). Aldreds is not responsible for, and does not guarantee the availability, price, content or performance of any such goods or services, or agreements entered into from Vendors listed on the Aldreds website. You (the Visitor) agree that Vendors are not liable for content or any errors in content (including the price) found on Aldreds website.

Buying

Aldreds is a property listing and information service that brings together buyers and sellers of property. Information is set out in accordance with UK listing and measuring standards. It is for potential buyers to satisfy themselves as to the correctness of statements. Although it is the hope of Aldreds that all who come to this website will act honourably and treat each other fairly, we cannot verify the information seller’s supply or guarantee the property they offer.

Selling

By listing a property for sale on Aldreds, you agree to use the e-mail addresses of those responding to your listing only for purposes of communicating with them about the potential sale of that property and that you will not engage in sending them further unsolicited e-mail (spamming) and that you will cease communications with them if they request you to do so.

When advertising a property for sale through Aldreds, you must have possession of the actual legal title and the ability to transfer the property’s title.

By using Aldreds you agree not to post or transmit any defamatory, racist, abusive, obscene, threatening, misleading, or illegal material, or any other material that infringes on the rights of others or interferes with the ability of others to enjoy Aldreds website service.

You agree not to use information concerning other users of Aldreds, or the properties they’ve listed or searched for on this website (including listing information and other information), for any purpose other than to explore the potential purchase or sale of a listed property.

By submitting material to Aldreds, you are representing that you are the owner of the material, or are making your submission with the explicit consent of the owner. By submitting material to Aldreds you are permanently granting Aldreds All Rights to the material, including the Right to modify the material, to use it commercially, and to maintain the material in an archive.

To obtain access to certain Aldreds services you are required to register with Aldreds. As part of the registration process, Aldreds will assign you a password. You agree that the information you supply during that registration process will be accurate and complete and that you will not register under the name of, nor attempt to enter the service under the name of, another person. We reserve the right to disallow use of user name that we deem offensive or inappropriate. You will be responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your password and for all actions of persons accessing Aldreds through any password assigned to you.

When you place a property for sale with us, or if you are searching for a property to buy, we ask you for some personal information. We use this information to process your request, or to put you in contact with a property’s seller. If you have questions that are not answered here, please use our Contact Us form.

Collection and Use of Information

Selling a Property requires that we ask you for your property information, full name, e-mail address, home address and telephone number. Our server stores only your contact information. We only use your telephone number if there is an issue or problem; we never use it for marketing purposes. If you visit our Property search and wish to contact the seller, we ask for your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. Your contact information is sometimes forwarded to the seller.
