Congratulations to Katharine Wood in our Gorleston office who has been promoted to Senior Negotiator and New Homes Specialist.

As well her usual responsibilities in the office Katharine will also now front up all of our new homes sites. She will communicate with builders and possible buyers to make sure that their individual needs are met.

With sites currently for sale on Mill Lane & Butt Lane and with new releases at Kings Drive, Hopton and in Gorleston forthcoming this is an exciting time for Aldreds, Katharine and our clients alike
